About Palo Alto CA Orthodontist Dr. Jeffrey Lee

Dr. Lee was born in San Francisco, but grew up in San Mateo, California. He attended college at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA where he majored in Bioengineering. During his undergraduate studies, he participated in a six-month externship at the American Dental Association in Chicago, IL, where he participated in research related to dental products used throughout the nation.

He then attended dental school and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of California, San Francisco. UCSF is considered one of the best dental schools both nationally and internationally. After graduating from UCSF, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program in San Diego, CA, where he provided comprehensive dental care in various community dental clinics throughout the San Diego Greater Area. He then moved to the east coast to earn his orthodontic certificate and master’s degree from Seton Hill University. During his residency of advanced training in orthodontics, Dr. Lee was exposed to numerous treatment philosophies and even attended numerous courses throughout the nation to develop his expertise. He continues to take numerous continuing education courses in order to stay at the forefront of orthodontics, including the 2-year McLaughlin Course in San Diego and the Aligner Intensive Fellowship.

Dr. Lee is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Mid-Peninsula Dental Society.

Since starting Pristine Orthodontics, Dr. Lee has been fortunate in getting to know so many fantastic patients and their family members. He truly enjoys helping others bring out the best in themselves and looks forward to sharing that experience with them.

During his free time, Dr. Lee enjoys swimming, exercising at the gym for overall fitness, cooking various foods and trying different cuisines, traveling, and watching the Golden State Warriors and San Francisco 49ers.
